Wish we could give zero stars!!! Worst services ever!!! Between Kelsey, Jesse (if it's a real person) & Derek none were honest or even remotely consistent. Derek started the home and he couldn't finish for months because the truck that had the correct equipment that was long enough for our duct system was not running. Simultaneously, we had our parents home done and neither of the UV lights EVER came in cause of "supplier issues", which was intended to prevent mold after the "remediation" which never came about and we were left with no preventing measures. Guess what, the mold returned and I never got an answer about how long my warranty was or anything from the date of services because the initial time services started and the final day of services was drastically different than the proposed treatment. Save your money, time, and aggrevation and find a professional company with integrity.

i have hired this company over other companies to clean my ducts and vents for several reasons. 1- quality of work 2- quality of equipment and up to date systems 3- they actually show up for appointments unlike some other companies who want you to think they are the best by their company name. 4-customer service 5-less likely to damage ducts due to air brushes 6- they cover things up so dirt wont get on my new carpet The only problem is they charge almost 2 x as much BUT i can understand why. The process they use for mold removal is not just a one time deal AND they gave me a 5 year guarantee on all tye work. We are still in process of the work we have had the system treated and in a week they will be out to clean the ducts. i would recommend this company. sometimes you have to spend a little more to get quality work! Its worth it!

UPDATE: adjusted rating up a little because TruClean refunded me $200 out of the $549 that I paid for the duct cleaning to settle my complaint. Original review: Hired TruClean to clean my air ducts. They used the whip to break the dust loose in the ducts, but they did not use any vacuum equipment to suck the dust out. Years of dust was blown out of the vents, left my house like a construction site. And they insisted that there is nothing wrong with it. I actually talked to the owner Jesse before the work. He said they use equipment to apply negative pressure to the system to suck the dust out. And the filter they use is expensive. I saw none of that. They just use the regular shop vacuum to clean the return port (just the section at the bottom of walls, not the duct work in the walls).

when cleaning the ducts and return please bring something to clean it on.

Had Camron come out and do the estimate and because of the knowledge and his helpfulness in answering all of my questions I agreed that TruClean should do the service. He was extremely helpful and professional and did a thorough job. I would recommend TruClean to my friends and family and will definitely use them for any additional services.

Jesse Jones (owner) and employee Devon were very not only thorough and knowledgeable in their work, they also were very personable and pleasant. I highly recommend TruClean and will call them again when we need duct cleaning!

The technician, Jesse, permitted a flexible schedule to provide an initial inspection and arrived within the time frame agreed upon. He thoroughly and with great professionalism and patience, with all of my questions, explained the entire procedure and cost-effective options. During the entire process he again explained the steps insuring I understood the work he was doing was necessary and beneficial to my homes ventilation system, as well as insuring a allergen-free environment. I felt very confident in every step of the process and even more so a week after the cleaning had been completed. I found that in that week the heating system was warming my home at a more efficient rate. Additionally, I found that my furniture had less dust on them as the ventilation system was not recirculating allergens and dust throughout the home. I highly recommend, Jesse and Tru Clean, to everyone considering having their ventilation system cleaned, maintained and monitored for allergens and functioning efficiently.
