Tru-Clean of Nevada Pool Service, LLC

Very responsive. Quickly returned our call. Diagnosed quickly. Very personable and honest. He even gave us back money for something he didn’t need to! We will go with no one else now.

Just hired them, too early.

To my amazement, this pool company, Gary to be precise, has restored my faith in the American work ethic! My pool is sparkling clean and no longer making me break out in hives from the harsh chemicals my previous service was using. He always lets me know when he’s on his way so I can lock my dog up and tells me when he’s done. He even straightens you my yard and pool toys!! Who does that??? He takes his time and takes pride in his work. If we’re having a party he adjusts the chemicals and has even made an extra trip out to make sure things are balanced! I would recommend this company to everyone!! Bonus~ they are very reasonable, easy to pay and actually send out invoices!! I feel very spoiled and I hope Gary is my pool guy FOREVER!!! Try-Clean is a perfect business name!! Hire them!!!

Very prompt. Did a really good job with the needed pool repairs. Decided to hire their pool service. Have had service for 3 weeks and everything going smoothly so far.

Havent actually started yet but Victor was professional and promised to do a good job

We only just hired them so it is early times to say definitely how they will work out but they come when they say they will come and do what they say they will do. That is very important for us. Within a day or two of hiring this company someone was here to get our hot tub up and running again. The other company had strung us along for months.

.

Experienced and professional team. Look forward to a long relationship.

Very timely and quality work.

victor started great then he switched days and sent another guy and he was awful. 3 to 5min visits , lied about testing water and left spa empty. Really disappinted.

Service started out strong and reliable, and turned out to be a complete disappointment. Victor the owner began cleaning our pool and system, but then started sending his son. His son came a total of 3 times to our house, and every time there was an issue. For example, he completely drained our hot tub and left the premises before fixing his mistake. Be aware because his son doesn't know what he is doing, and last time he came, he was there less then 2 minutes and didn't even test the water. Thank god we have security cameras. Don't want to pay for 2 minutes of service. Look elsewhere!!

11/9 - Update: Victor has been MIA now for the last two weeks. I have left multiple messages and have not heard back. Not sure what happened looks like I will need to find another service. Great customer service, got me taken care of right away and got my weekly service setup without any of the bs that a few of the other companies gave me. Victor is very friendly and even took care of my pool service the day he came out to give me an estimate. The service has been top notch and the cost is right inline with any of the other's I called.

They did a good job and finished in a timely basis. Recommended.

They show up every week and do a nice job of cleaning

Pleasant experience

Very respnsive, keeps incontact on cleaning day so we always know what is going on.

Really dependable honest and knowledgeable. My pool never looked as good as it does now. Thank you Victor...

Punctual, informative and reasonably priced

Victor has worked EXTREMELY hard to bring our pool up to acceptable standards. The degree of neglect left by our previous pool maintenance company was shameful, but Victor diligently rolled up his sleeves and dug in. He's timely, honest, and very conscientious. The pool looks better than it has in 10 years.

We got 2 other quotes for our pool and they were $50 dollars cheaper a month. They provide the same service at an affordable rate. We are very pleased with their work and professionalism.

Vry professional and honest.

I hired this company to empty and clean my spa and to provide regular pool service. They did an excellent job on the spa and on their first visit to clean the pool, they're very easy and nice to work with, and I'm glad I hired them.

I am always very happy with his work, on time, he does a good job. He does not try to sell things; I like his products he uses, does excellent work.
