Highly recommend. Came out within 3 hours. Diagnosed the problem quickly, came out the next business day to fix. We had bought a house with a supposedly new system, but Will of TruClimate found multiple problems with the installation that were not up to code and was inefficient. They took care of them at the agreed upon reasonable cost. We signed up for their TruClimate BTX Membership, their premium customer care program and have already reaped the benefits.

TruClimate got us set up with an entire new system for our house as well as adding insulation to the attic and correcting some vents and ductwork issues. We have an older house, so it's been struggling in the summer heat over the past few years, but now that we have that all taken care of, we are finally having a nice, cool summer and our AC isn't having to work so hard. They were so helpful, respectful, answered all of our questions, cleaned up after themselves, and we never felt like they were trying to upsell us on anything. If we ever have any issues in the future, we'll definitely be using them again.

Received texts saying the technician was on his way. Arrived before the appointment time. Serviced my HVAC and was on his way in less than an hour. He was super nice and professional. Totally recommend Tru Climate to everyone!
