Tru Comfort installed a money saving high efficiency gas furnace in my home in August of 2017. Very happy with this conpany and will continue to use for all HVAC needs.

Installers answered questions, gave information on operation, explanations of what they were doing,and why. When there was a problem after a few days , they came out the same day and helped to straighten it out even though the problem was in my pipes.

Had my furnace serviced in just a few days. They were on time and very courteous.

The service guys just did a wonderful job. They were polite and I was comfortable with them. I would recommend them They did a great job I even have more room from where they took out the old furnace. Great job guys

When I first filled out the form on the website and hit SUBMIT, I literally got a call back from Tru-Comfort, Inc., in about 30 seconds. I was truly impressed. The owner of the company wanted to do a drive-by to see if the existing hot water heater vented to the chimney or out through a wall BEFORE ordering us a new one. Truly great service up until that point. The hot water heater was replaced in a very timely fashion, but a few days later, we smelled gas and had to have UGI come out. UGI stated we had a small gas leak, something that could have been more disasterous. When I called Tru-Comfort to arrange service for the gas leak, I left a message and did not hear back from them until I called back 1 hour later -- for a gas leak?!?!?!?!?!?!? Our house could have blown up if it wasn't for UGI stopping the leak. Tru-Comfort came out that day and in the process of fixing the gas leak, informed us we also had a water leak. Strange how we didn't have a water leak before the hot water heater was replaced. Other than that, they were a great company, with a great price, and the initial contacts and the level of customer service I experienced were top notch.

They were scheduled to come to my house at 8:00 am on the morning of Jan.16,2009. It was a very cold day, ABOUT 8 DEGREES. One of their other customers was without heat that day, so they had the courtiousy to call and ask if it was ok to come later,to which I said; yes. About 2 hours later they called again to tell me they were on their way and then actually showed up. Unusual to find, in this day and age , a company that has enough courtiousy to do that and show up and perform a great and proffessional job. Many thanks for suggesting them to me from your website. They now have a steady customer. thanks again.

Very few contractors are that good; their workmanship is excellent and the pricing is reasonable. They're on top of technology and very innovative in suggesting cost cutting measures for my home. I have no reservations about recommending them to anyone.
