I AM HAPPY WITH THE WORK THE TECHS DO. I AN COMPLETELY DISGUSTED WITH THEIR ADMINISTRATION. I SIGNED UP WITH THEM 6/25/09 AND WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A SCHEDULE OF SERVICES I WAITED A WEEK AND CONTACTED THEM AND WAS TOLD AGAIN IT WOULD ARRIVE IN A FEW DAYS. AS OF THIS DATE 7/6/09 NO SCHEDULE. THE LAST TIME I CALLED THEM I TOLD THEM I NEEDED A COUPLE OF DAYS NOTICE BEFORE THE COME OUT TO AREATE, SO I WOULD NOT WATER. THE ASSURED THAT THEY WOULD NOTIFY AT LEAST TWO DAYS AHEAD. THEY DID NOT NOTIFY ME AND WHEN THE TECH CAME OUT I HAD WATERED THE DAY BEFORE. HE DID THE BEST HE COULD BUT DUE THE SOIL BEING SO WET HE COULD NOT DO ALL THE YARD.

I was expecting deeper holes on the lawn and closer, in comparison with another company I used in the past. Seems they used a puncture device instead of a device that actually takes the dirt out of the drawn hole. Overall seems OK.

The service tech was very polite and knowledgeable of his job. However I was a little upset that I did not get a call before the service as I requested. Had I not been home at the time of service my sprinkler heads could have been damaged or the service could have been delayed.

The people performing the work are very courteous. The company isn't taking into consideration my financial needs to space out the work. They wanted to schedule me for three treatments which would have been over $300 in a row...... I've asked for a schedule of maintenance because i was told i would get one with the initial email and haven't received it yet. Overall, the company is good to work with but they need to be a bit better at considering the customer -

They make it so easy. They call to let us know when they wil be here and they leave us notes as to what we need to do to follow-up on their care such as when to cut the lawn, when to water, whether itis necessary to keep pets away (Very rarely do they use anything that is a danger to pets!)

Very good. We agreed to have the lawn aerated but no one has come to do that yet and I don't know how to get ahold Scott. Please have him let me know when that service will be done, for I have to unlock my gated backyard beforehand. Thank you!

To be fair, I'm not sure if this is the same person. TruGreen, Dallas North, Plano, TX 75086, killed 13 bushes and possibly my new tree. I put in a new hedge using 40 Josee Pink Lilac bushes (young plants). Their chemical was so strong that it not only killed parts of the lawn, but they thoughtlessly and carelessly sprayed my tender plants, killing 12 of the Josee Pink and one pink sage. As well, I�m trying desperately to save my Royal Empress tree that was planted in April. Not only, will they not pay for their negligence, but they told me it was my fault, because I planted the plants too deep. I am not that stupid. If that were the case, they would have died very quickly, as we would without oxygen. These plants were in the ground for a month before I used their service. I am so mad at this company. I hope no one gives them their business. There must be someone out there that can give good service.
