James is great, but super busy, needs another way you can email him or leave a voice mail. I hired him for wkly lawn mowing and once I caught up with him after several calls he was well worth the wait. He does a fantastic job, comes and does the job, flexible on how he bills. I am having him back to fill in yard after we get our new sewer line installed. Also gutter clean out and gully clean out where the water will flow and not get backed up. I also want him to come back and do some overall landscaping all the way around the house, and probably a complete re-do of our front lawn that needs to be leveled out-we shall see. Overall he is great, he comes, he is quick, gets you out of a pinch if you don't want to mow, has fantastic equip. to get in and out quickly-overall thrilled that I stuck with getting in touch with James, he is busy, but if you are the lucky one you won't regret hiring him-hard quick workers-ha, and if they miss something just tell him, we all do, and he will surely come back and take care of whatever your needs are. I am thinking he also pressure washes-hoping so, so he could do our house daily after we get new windows and siding installed-give James a call-if you miss him-keep calling him until he answers-well worth it

James took time to walk the property, and asked several questions before quoting cost. Was available to immediately cut grass.

Excellent company and experience. We live in another state and own a home in Tru Lawnâ s service area. They went to the home photographed the yard and sent us photos. We agreed on a very reasonable price and they completed the work on the very afternoon we contacted them. This was after calling several other lawn services in the area that would return our calls or were busy. They sent us photos of the lawn both front and back following the mowing and even trimmed a tree at not additional cost. We can not say enough good things about Tru Lawn, highly recommend them!

I expected a professional landscaper. I hired a lawn mower who does landscaping on the side. The weather was one factor in the delay of completion but not the only factor. Did a nice job with what was done. Missed trimming one bush as promised

Jim Allen did a fantastic job with removing old shrubs that had been here since the house was built. Trimed remaining shrubs and planted new shrubs. I would highly recommend TruLawn for any landscaping you may need. His free estimates are right on target, no hidden fees. Great job!
