He was here quicker than you could imagine. He knew exactly what we had and what to do with it. We had absolutely no problem getting tax forms or insurance proof.

Within minutes of submitting my request through Service Magic, I received a phone call from Frank. Frank was knowledgeable, courteous, took time to explain everything that would be done. I spoke with 2 other vendors and later that day called back to schedule with SOS Mold. Bill arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time and was personable, efficient and thorough. The report was in my hands 6 days later. The air testing report showed that no further work needed to be done and I appreciated their use of a reputable lab for this kind of work. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I will tell you this they are right on top with the best! We lived in Jersey needed a Mold company for the house we bought; In order to close on the house which was the following week they tell us the Friday before the closing this has to be done. We picked this company SOS MOLD, Frank is an amasing man. What he says he does. He tells me I will get a team out there by tomorrow morning, It was already 4:50 P.M. on Friday. Which he did, told us what it would cost, and did the job the same day. Got the call Saturday morning around 9:00 A.M. with the results. Fast and helpful

The only problem I have with SOS Mold is that they do not go over the results explaining to you what they found. They send an email attachment which is quite hard to understand if you have no experience in the field. The Company was very professional. The environmentalist explained the process very well and gave some good opinions.
