Tru-Spect Inspections & Environmental

This is the 4th or 5th I have used this company. They are very thorough and professional. I will use them again if needed and would highly recommend them to anyone looking.

They were awesome and very understanding.

Very nice to work with and professional.

I felt Greg was fantastic at explaining the issues at hand. I received an honest and solution based inspection. Very well at communicating the priority issues at hand. We recently moved here from out of state and it was refreshing to have been serviced with good old Michigan hospitality. We received a very detailed report with all suggested issues and corrective actions. Would highly recommend Tru-spect for any of their services. Nate and Polly

We received the service we hoped for in a very efficient manner.

I had a very positive experience with Tru-Spect. Greg was very personable and took time to thoroughly explain things. Would highly recommend.

They were timely in making an appointment, very prompt in coming to inspect for mold {found it everywhere}. took pictures, air samples and gave us recommendations for removal and getting medical appointments. Too bad i could only give a 5 star rating and not 6 star.

Professional and informative.

Very kind, prompt, informative and thorough.

Very fast and very neat at his work

Very professional and thorough.

Replied promptly, was professional, did the job in a timely manner.

He went over things in the house I wouldn't have thought of to inspect. Very thorough, went into the crawl space, etc. Great personality and took the time to go over the inspection report with us.

it was done in a good time frame and they were well mimformed

Very informative, helpful and professional while solving my problem

Greg has been extremely responsive and very professional. He had to make several trips to the house to get full access to areas that were initially inaccessible, which he did without complaint and on his own initiative. I highly recommend Greg.

Greg was very thorough and provide great detail in his walk-through (which I highly recommend). He was patient with us, as we had kids and others to deal with. The initial report missed some of the recommendations he had discussed with us in walk-through, but was quick to update report and it helped us get a credit from seller. Definitely would hire again.

They did a very thorough job including lots of information and details.

that he was very efficiant and we learned alot from him.

He was great value and had photos of everything! His observations were very helpful.

Thorough, reliable, knowledgeable and dependable! We recommend him all the time!

Friendly professional. Did what he said he would do. Wrote report quickly. Knowledgeable.
