Began to cut trees down, did not use a rope to tie branches to lower to ground, just let them drop. Ended up with a hole in my roof into my kitchen! Used excuses why he could not finish the job, and walked away. Insisted on not taking more money from me, but paid majority of our agreement keeping back some until repairs were done and he knew I was keeping some back and was OK with that. He has now sent me a bill through angi telling me no repairs would be completed until fully paid! He did not do what was agreed to, still have trees standing in my backyard! Also... I paid for the rentals of a man lift because Chris does not have the equipment to do this work!! Now, I am out money for a job that is not complete and will have to pay again to have someone else finish what he started plus pay for all damages he created to my property. He has not shown or provided me with any kind of insurance that he carries... Does he even have any? He assured me That he had insurance and asked for our pictures of damages to property so that he could turn things into insurance... But was he being honest? He also threatened to put a lien on my house. What did I receive? Two trees still standing, damages and charges over $1000 for equipment rental that was not in our original agreement.
