Truaire Heating and Cooling

The Technician was very professional on the phone and on the service call. He told me he would be out in 2 hours and he was on time. He was up front about the service call charge before coming out & had our central air unit repaired within an hour! We are extremely pleased & will continue to use Truaire. I was also grateful that he came out same day that I called because I have a small child in the house & it was extremely hot out. Very pleased with the service!!!

Contacted Truaire yesterday for a air conditioner repair and Ron was able to come today and get it fixed for us. Very pleased. Reasonable rate, on time. Would hire again and would recommend. Thank you!

Service call was on time, even a few minutes early. I was updated of status and progress during service. All questions were answered and even additional info and instructions on HVAC care and maintenance was given. No question I will call Truaire next year for annual maintenance. Highly recommend!

Ron came out on Sunday and did not charge the expensive weekend rate everyone else does while doing the same work for a much better price. Ron was on time and did the work he said he would. Thank You!!!

Was very helpful and knowledgeable. Took the time to cover everything with me on the phone. Gave me useful information and suggestions of things to try before paying someone to come out. I was able to resolve the issue myself!!!! Although I ended up not having to hire him, I would have needed to hire someone without him explaining everything to me. It’s hard to find pros that take that time because they don’t get paid. Highly recommend and I’m so very grateful for your above and beyond customer service!!!!!! We all know what it feels like to be without air when the temp climbs. I contacted Home Advisors in the morning and Ron had our Air Conditioning repaired and cooling again by 3:00. Very informative, checked everything we had called about and a few more things just to make sure we were good. We would DEFINITELY recommend Ron and TruAire.

Friendly personable & professional

I had an annual tuneup done on my AC unit. Ron came out when he said he would. He called ahead of time which is always a good thing. Very personable and friendly. Took his time and didn't rush. My freon level was a little low (less than a pound) and he topped it off at no charge. I needed a new contactor, which he had with him and was able to replace right then and there at a fare price. Will hire again for any future repairs needed.

Ron went the extra mile in getting our furnace up and running. He explained the process and stuck with his original estimate.

Ron installed a central AC in my home. Old unit quit working and Ron installed AC. New unit is very quite and cools the house perfectly. He was very knowledgable, very honest, and reasonably priced. You can tell he loves his job. I would and have recommended him to friends and family whom they have called and used him.
