I had problems with the repair of a speaker system in my home after a large national company had installed a new Pioneer amplifier with speakers in four rooms and on decks on two sides of the house. After that company sent workers out to my house and the equipment they installed failed, I turned to True Alarms in Chapel Hill , NC who came out twice and completed the repair correctly and at a reasonable cost. They diagnosed the problem correctly and completely completed the work. Great company to work with! - Dick W., Chapel Hill.

Thomas was a true professional and the work was completed on time and on budget. The value received was beyond expectations - what I might have been able to do myself in a weekend took Thomas 2 hours. Most importantly when he left you could not tell he had been here except for having two tvs up on the wall with no wires showing!
