True Blue Plumbing

First let me say we have used them before to replace our bladder tank, and Clint did a GREAT JOB! Had to call him again recently and he was out to our home the same day. What I like most about True Blue is their knowledge of every situation you might have and having the know how to have the solution to the problem and explain in a way you can easily understand. We had no water the other day and Clint went step by step to find what was wrong explaining everything as he went. Turned out it was just electrical and an easy fix. Thanks True Blue!

We will not be using them again. The work was not guaranteed and after $2000 I do not feel confident that we will not have a flooded basement again.

We had water in our sump basket for the first time in 22 years. Clint responded immediately and came out within a couple days as scheduled. We had Clint come out for an estimate to install a sump pump. His estimate seemed high, but he was there and had the pump with him. He charged us $962.83 to install the sump pump and install approximately 12 feet of PVC pipe to the exterior of the home. He also did not test the unit after everything was installed. Why wouldn't you dump water in it to see if it pumped the water out. I guess I will have to dump water in it this spring to see if it works. We did not appreciate his bright green company stickers he placed on our water heater and water softener. It took 15 min. to scrap them off.

Clint had to work in a tight location to make the project compliant to city code. He completed the job after we both looked it over and agreed what was needed. The job was done by a professional--and looks that way! I will give him a call the next time I need any plumbing work done.

Clint came out when we were in a bind... another plumber failed to show and I had houseguests arriving within days. He was professional, courteous, explained what he would do and the costs involved with each step. When it turned out the toilet needed to be replaced, he had clear pricing ready, explained what was included and what features were covered. The toilet was not the cheapest on the market, but not priced unreasonably. He explained why he chose the models he used, and I appreciated the insight! I ended up with a good quality product, installed quickly at the price quoted. He was professional and still friendly to my curious 5 year old watching on. You pay for what you get with plumbers, and Clint is worth every penny.

Clint was a very nice man. He gave me a heads up before he came, Looked the what needed to be fixed. Gave me an estimate and did a super job. I will have him back for my next water problem.

Quick response. Restored connections and replaced backflow valve on sprinkler system. I was satisfied with the job and very comfortable with the service person(owner) from True Blue.

Super pro. Came on Saturday with no notice to fix a kitchen sink valve leak the result of previous shoddy work! Fixed many other plumbing issues in the house. Replaced corroding pressure tank and related pipes and valves with composite pipe (big). Glad to have a reliable plumber like this.

Clint did a great job repairing the burst pipe in our wall and diagnosing the problem from the utility room that created the problem why the pipe burst in the first place. Very friendly and honest guy :-)

They were very professional and friendly. They ran into some very unexpected and extensive problems with the removal of our old sink and garbage disposal. But they handled it well and proceeded to do the job of installing our new sink and garbage disposal like it was child's play. They completed the tasks in a timely manner and conducted themselves in a very professional manner all the time they were here. Their price was very reasonable and , in some cases, even better then many of the quotes we got. So I was pleased with that. The quality of their work was extremely high. I would recommend them to anyone, even my family members.

Without going into a lot of details, there was a significant problem with my project. However, the quality of a contractor is not only measured by their ability to do the job correctly without causing additional problems, but how they respond when such problems occur. it was in this area where I was particularly pleased with Clint and Todd. They stood by their work and eventually things worked out reasonably well. I feel obligated to add that these are genuinely nice guys who really seem to understand and value the importance of good customer service. I would be remiss if I didn't add that, in the process of doing their work, they noticed some other problems -both large and small - that really did need attention and took care of them for me, some without charge. Despite the fact the project did not go quite the way we wanted, I would hire these gentlemen again. They are the kind of contractors I'd like to see stay in the business.
