Andrew accomplished what he was contracted to do, which was draft plans for an addition to get it approved through Fairfax County. The biggest problem with Andrew is that he didn't listen, didn't write anything down and had to re-draft the plans. His powers of observation are suspect as the roof lines of the house were drawn incorrectly. He was distracted at the time so it may be that his prowess as a draftsman were masked by other distractions.

This pro completed phase I of project. We gave partial payment for phase II and did not get it. Pro seems to have gone out of business or something. We wait response from letter to Pro. We may have to call for assistance getting our $$ back.

Andrew is a talented draftsperson who provided good ideas. However, he consistently canceled/postponed meetings, had personal emergencies and never quite got done what he promised. He left me hanging on numerous occasions where I had taken a day off work or re-planned myschedule, then he would not show up or call to cancel at the last moment.

Friendly, dependable, helpful. Good quality work. However, there were dimensional errors on the final drawings that created some headaches on the job site. He either measured wrong or transferred the dimensions wrong. I had them for early review, and I missed the errors too, so its partially my fault.

TrueBuilders was contacted for an estimate on aa project along with 3 others companies. TrueBuilders was the only company that contacted me and even came out to the site for an estimate. Was poorly done. It took a long time to finish the project. He was quick to ask for fees but slow in delivering the project and when he did there were the same changes, of incorrect measurements, incorrect structural placements. We even made the design ourselves so he can have the idea of what we want. We finally accepted his last design (after 1 month)and had our contractor make the necessary changes. We were losing time and on our project. I was truly dissappointed on True builders.
