My name is Troy Spencer, and I have been a contractor since 1990. The company name "True Built, Inc." means something great to me. True defines my values. It means honest, genuine, sincere and authentic. It is who I am. In my opinion it is the only way to be. Being True Built, Inc. means all those things plus it also means accurate, straight and precise. Also just the way it should be. Every job gets my personal attention to make sure it meets my standards of excellence and quality. We have teams of people that do great work, but every project has to receive my stamp of approval. One of our clients told me at the end of her project that she just "loves coming home" now, and it hit me. That is exactly what we have been doing for all these years. We are not just creating great homes but we are changing lives. And I love it!
