Highly Recommended: Honest, Skilled, and Professional! I hired True Built Pros to repair a serious leak on the top corner of roof where the sunroom attaches to the house. The serious corner issue when finished was perfect. The roof was inspected for separate problems and photos were sent to the original roofing company to correct the problems. They are highly skilled, honest, and handle absolutely anything related to roofing. I highly recommend them.

I chose True Built Co. based on recommendations from Angie’s List, Upon submitting my request I was contacted immediately by Nancy. She listened to my concerns about my roof leaking water and expediently provided an appointment. Company representative John Battaglia arrived and listened to what I believed to be the issue. John was very knowledgeable and experienced in roof repair and restoration. After a thorough inspection he showed me pictures of damages to my shingles caused by hail and branches. He explained that the B vent, which I thought was the issue, was not the problem. John then provided a repair estimate and made himself available immediately to fix the problems. He skillfully performed the work and also provided information from pictures to support an insurance claim for storm damage. His professionalism is unmatched in this day and age.

Came out right on time and got the job done fast and efficient.

I obtained an estimate of $750 for repairs for leaks around chimney areas on my roof after an inspection of my roof. The repairman came within 2 weeks and spent 2.5 hours on the roof. He was very friendly and assured me that the leak areas had been repaired. I was surprised that the work was done in 2.5 hours since the estimate was $750. I did not immediately pay due to the unexpected $300 per hour charge. I called and discussed this situation with the company and was assured that this was their expected rate and that the estimate was correct. They said this was their standard cost structure. "It is necessary to charge this manhour rate to cover their company overhead" This answer was not satisfying to me, but since I had signed the quote, I provided a check to them for the full $750.

We had a little back-and-forth on when they were coming just due to the weather changing. He came out and did exactly what he said he was going to do and more very friendly very knowledgeable would recommend.
