True was diligent in his work and completed a job that was complicated. Very attentive and communication was good. He was working alone on this particular job, and so we had to adjust the schedule. Because of his thoroughness he even got the stump down to ground level and clean up was great.

One tree stump that was to be removed was not completed. Some part of stump stuck out above ground and the hole was not filled. Tree close to house was not removed to ground. Debris was not thoroughly removed. Seems like it got to be a certain time in the afternoon and the project was abandoned without being completed.
