ServiceMagic comes through for me again. I've used SM many times, and every pro I get is excellent. Bill Pugh is no exception. Not only was he quick, thorough and professional, he was also the least expensive of the bunch! He was very helpful in picking colors for my bedroom project, and gave me some great suggestions. His painter, Jose, was excellent, painting crisp edges and lines, then leaving my place spotless when finished. I'd definitely recommend Bill for all of your painting needs, big and small. It's very rewarding to find contractors like Bill in this day and age. Thanks for the great work.

I spoke with Mr. Pugh throughout the estimating process and the project. The work performed was good and was completed on time, and he provided us with a written one-year warranty. He also performed additional prep work NOT included in the estimate nor were we charged. That is a level of customer service not often found today. The workers were conscientious about cleaning up at the end of the day and were also considerate of our [very] close neighbors (i.e., no over-spray, etc.) A very professional and courteous firm. I highly recommend True Colors Professional Painting!

Absolutely wonderful! I actually had another paint contractor come in and start my interior paint job; long story short, after 7 days not 1room in my home was completed & work was terrible. Bill Pugh of True Colors came to my home, pointed out the areas that required correction due to the incompetance of the first painter, and was able to provide expert color consultation. Within 2 days, my entire home had been re-painted and looked terrific. I would recommend True Colors to anyone looking for a truly professional paint contractor!! And if you need help with color schemes/ideas, then Bill Pugh is your guy - a real artist, and extremely nice!
