As soon as I ask them to come and fix my heater they responded very quickly and they offer to come the same night. The technician got to my home and found the problem right away. The thermostat stop working. True Confort heating and A/C are very knowledgeable and offer a quality service. And best of all their fees are very reasonable and honest. I will recommend them to all my friends and family!!

The technician came into my home, asked what my A/C was (or wasn't) doing and went straight to the problem. He went to my main unit and discovered a clogged drain was the culprit. After he explained WHY that was the problem, he gave me a very good price and had it fixed in about 10 minutes. I was very impressed that he didn't try to sell me on something else but just fixed the existing problem and left. Yes, would definitely call them again.

They came out at 10:30 pm and were able to repair my AC unit within an hour. Didn't charge me extra for the late night service. It was just the capacitor but the unit was overheating because of that so it took a little time and a water hose

Honest guy who wasn't trying to oversell. I was expecting to have to buy a new unit since I know Jack about ACs. But turns out it was just my capacitor. He could have told me anything and I would have just been like "ok cool" because I have zero knowledge. The service call and part was only $160 instead of $5000 or more.

Gerardo was courteous and professional. He came and looked at my A/C on same day I requested service. He found my compressor burnt and smoking hot. It took him one day to order parts. He started working on my A/C as soon as he got the new compressor. My house got cool again in no time. Yes, I recommend True Comfort for A/C service.

"(consumer name withheld per their request.) I do apologize you feel i overcharged you. Your unit was very low which was the reason it was frozen over. Your unit holds 12 pounds of 410A. I added only what was necessary for your unit to work properly. Adding 7lbs at $40 per pound, i believe i gave you a good deal. I wanted to make sure you felt taken care of, that was the reason i waved the service fee. Again, i apologize you felt i overcharged. I can always reimburse your money if you feel that is the fair thing to do. I hope you consider using our services in the future."
