Miscommunication with HomeAdvisor and True Communication caused a no-show on the scheduled date but when I called, TC was very helpful and immediately rescheduled. Repairman thoroughly checked out the TV and found there was really nothing wrong and he was very honest.

Small business - Moved to a new office. True Communications ran the phone and network connections. He suggested options which were something I didn't think about. Ryan was very professional, helpful and friendly. He explained his suggestions clearly and why the network would work better now and in the future. When the printers etc. were plugged in on Sunday everything worked perfectly! So nice...
