They came out, took a look at everything made a list of everything I wanted to be cut, gave me a price, and came and cut some things on the list because he did not bring the list. Since the weather is getting nicer I went this morning and sat out under the trees and when I looked up I counted four dead limbs clear as day. They are a bit high up but if they are a tree cutting service they should have the equipment to get up there and cut them down. The only equipment the guy brought was a ladder that did not go very high and a little chainsaw. We paid them close to $1,000 for work that I think was only half done. When they came out to survey what we needed cut the guy wrote down a list but did not bring the list with him when he came to cut the limbs. I am just upset because of the money we paid and sitting here looking up you can see four dead limbs perfectly.

Showed up on time, job completed as quoted, Cleaned up area as work was completed. Absolutely no complaints.
