Delivered and installed shower glass on time, good price and high quality. Has been more than a year, and no issues. Very happy.

Juan did a custom job replacing the wooden frames on my front door sidelights after one of the 50 year old glass panes was broken. He was very knowledgeable, punctual and did a superb job. He even called me a week later to check that there were no problems/leaks (there were none!).

My job need was an emergency due to the fact that I had a broken window in a rental property that was up for sale. Juan was exceptionally accommodating to my time line. He was extremely prompt in communicating with me and answering questions. I was very comfortable with him working without me being present. (The property was not near my residence.) He used the realtors lock box upon my request and did the job unsupervised by me. When I was able to inspect the job 3 days later, it looked like nothing had ever happened to my window. There was NO evidence of any damage and the site was pristine. I would definately hire Juan again. I wholeheartedly recommend him for not only his skill but also for his professionalism in attitude and integrity. Thank you so much Juan!

I researched at least 20 prospective installers of my Vigo glass shower enclosure, part of a master bath remodeling. The leads came from different online contractor service's sites. Neither of the first two referral services pinpointed my choices to shower enclosure installers, so they were relatively worthless; Home Advisor did pinpoint my choices and did it well. True Glass, LLC got back to me by text message within minutes of my posting on Home Advisor. The company had the experience I needed, it had great reviews, its owner Juan asked the right questions, and he responded to a photo of my shower with a firm price that was very reasonable. I received the Vigo shower enclosure on a Thursday. Two skilled workers from True Glass, LLC installed the enclosure two days later. They knew what they were doing. They were methodical, careful, and precise, especially when it came to squaring the enclosure and balancing the sliding door on the rod. They deferred to me on minor design decisions, and they picked up and discarded all of the packaging. They were courteous and engendered a lot of confidence. I would engage True Glass, LLC again in a heartbeat.

Not only did Juan repair my shower door, he also replace a cracked window pane. His services were done quickly, so that I was not inconvenienced by having no glass in a window frame. He measured one day and came back another to install. He was prompt and his services were priced well below the competition.

We have worked with Juan on a number of projects involving glass shower doors and windows (involving wood trim replacements etc.) and wholeheartedly recommend him for any glass projects. Juan is knowledgeable, goes the extra mile, delivers quality work and is courteous and responsive in all manners of communication. Juan was great. He kept me updated throughout the entire process. A snow storm hit DC the day before he promised he would come to install the shower door. This did not delay him. I highly recommend.

I had a shower door to install to complete the sale of my property on time. Juan from True glass was very responsive initially and provided me confidence that he could get the door installed correctly and by my closing date. When installation day came...Juan and his assistant were on time and Completed the shower door installation carefully. The new door looks great and operates flawlessly.

I don't know the going rate for the glass replacement to know if value was inline. I didn't get any other estimate so trusted I was getting the going price.

True Glass did a terrific job replacing the glass in one of our windows. They came the same day that I called. The work was professional and fast (including clean-up), and the price was very fair. The person who did the work -- one of the co-owners -- was also extremely nice, and he provided some advice on something we could install ourselves to increase the window's security in the future. I will definitely call this company first for any future needs.

They are very precise and caring! I would highly recommend them.
