I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and communication with me throughout this project. LuisKept me informed of a spring rain delay But started with promptness, work quickly, professionally and at the exact budget that I was quoted. I would use him again and highly Recommend True Grit Construction.

Luis, Claudia and the gang at True Grit Construction replaced our hail-damaged roof. Luis and Claudia both worked closely with us and took the time to explain the process and answer all questions. Their crew worked hard from early morning to late into the evening to ensure our roof was replaced as quickly as possible. They left no mess and were thoughtful about the shingle removal. Price was what our insurance adjuster felt it should be. I'd love to work with them again except I hope I never need another roof replacement! Highly recommend.

Great job attention to detail

Luis came out and inspected the roof. He showed me pictures of what needed to be done. The quote was reasonable. We experienced a record number of days that it rained, but as soon as it cleared they came out and got the job done. I am very pleased with the job and will definitely have them do my roof replacement when I am ready.

I contracted True Grit Construction to replace a badly water damaged roof and gutters on a rental property. They were prompt to respond to my bid request, very thorough with the roof and gutter inspection. Luiz continually communicated with me regarding the materials, repairs, expenses and provided me with detailed photos of damages and repairs. He answered all my questions. I was very impressed with their service and professional attitude. Impressed enough that I also hired True Grit to inspect and repair issues on the roof of my home. The crew was very efficient, friendly and left the worksite at both locations in spotless condition. The completed work was exceptional. The cost was a value for the first rate work I received. I could not have been happier with the results. I also had some issues with my roof around the chimney after the extreme cold weather. Luiz was very responsive and came out to check and repair the issue. Always professional, friendly and willing to explain any repairs. Have enjoyed working with this company.

My experience with Sergio and True Grit has been unexpectedly wonderful! I can't say this abandoned other company that I have dealt with. Not one! Their level integrity is rare these days. There were a couple of unavoidable hiccups. But they were handled very professionally. Not once did I ever feel like I was being "handled" like a car salesperson. Or somehow bamboozled. No one likes these. But somehow, for me at least, it always happens. At least for a second or two. Not with True Grit!! Not once! I have a nosey, very critical neighbor that watched the crew work, the entire time. I'm happy to report their findings. Lol! "They didn't put any vents on your roof!" That's because they are in the back. Leaving a sleek, unobstructed view in the front. "Oh. Well, they didn't put your turbine vent back up!" No, they don't use those anymore. "Oh. Well, I watched them. And they were really good! They seemed to work really well together and fast! I watched them I was...I was really.. impressed." (I'm now in shock! Hearing a positive remark, even when deserved, this person doesn't normally say positive things.) "They cleaned up all their stuff too!" Yes. I think True Grit works hard to ensure that the job is done better than just alright. "Well, I want their number. They did a real good job. Better than I've ever seen!" OK. Who are you? And what did you do with my neighbor! I'm very happy with the work that was done, Sergio, and the crew of True Grit. If you need a roof. Don't even waste your time with other companies. I sure wish I hadn't.

On time and did complete job. Cleaned up all debris when finished and said thanks for doing business with them. A very professional company.

Very nice and really informative. Replaced a roof for me and gave me lots of helpful details. A very positive experience. Stayed in contact with me after the job to provide details that helped me refinance my house.

Not only did they fix my leak but while they were in my attic they let me know the flue from the furnace had disintigrated and was putting carbon monoxide into the attic. Something I had no idea of.

They were prompt in giving the quote and explained the work required and finished the work on time. Even after that work was done, I had some questions and the company was prompt in getting back to me.

My wife and I were very pleased with the service and workmanship of True Grit Construction. Luis did an excellent job of listening, providing information, and answering questions. In our interactions with the workers, everyone was polite and respectful of our property. Everything was handled very professionally from the initial estimate to the post-work inspection. We are very happy with our new roof and gutters.
