We live in Scituate, MA, where there is a serious recurring issue with "brown water." After purchasing a new townhouse there, we wanted an effective and hassle-free solution. It's a great system but the price for the filter changes has doubled in the past 3 years.

"Hi Mary - I am not familiar with a Mary C in Hanover but the only increase made in service plans came on 11/21 when the price of carbon increased 50%. The largest increase was 32% for Hanover and less elsewhere as the carbon tank lasts longer outside Hanover. We are the only company that manages the system for ZERO contaminants versus all others that can only reduce contaminants for a short period of time."

Great experience from beginning to end. Don has put together a great system, based on third party testing, to address THM, PFOA, PFOS, hardness, . . . . concerns. Communication and execution were excellent. On time for Installation which took exactly 2 hours. Our water tastes great and showers feel better. Very professional installation.

The system was fine, the installation was crap. poorly installed not level,. The connections where in places that corrupted the ceiling level. the use of creep materials to make more money (Plastic piping) the house is ALL cooper. Customer service is none existent. refused to correct the plastic pipe. Limited ability to work outside of shop fabrication, lack of structural knowledge for mounting in older homes Would NOT recommend at all.

I might have been skeptical at first but I was happily surprised to find that everything that Don told to me about the water purification system and the install was true. Our water has improved 100% and our new system took exactly the time he said to install . And the best was that I saw first hand that he really did know what he's talking about!! Couldn't be happier with the taste, color and efficiency of the job!!

TruHealthâ s whole house system is absolutely required if youâ re concerned about your water. Don told us weâ d be able to taste the difference. I thought â marketing lineâ . Nope you can actually taste the difference. Weâ ve had 2 regular service calls and you wouldnâ t believe the crud the 1st 2 stages caught. Given that PFAS are essentially in everything, itâ s nice to know TruHealth filters them all out.
