He shows up unprepared for the job. Did not even have a snake for a clogged drain job, we waited over an hour while he went to get a snake. He did not fix the issue. He recommended to snake for outside and he did not have a rooter type needed for the job. drain still clogged.

This company sent guys out. They looked over things and said there was nothing wrong. They re-lit the pilot light. They did not accept cash. And referred me to call to pay. Got ahold of Heather but she was not in the office, never called me back. Next day hot water heater light is out again and no hot water. So-called gas company and said it sounds like a scam.

"Mrs. Danforth, I have spoke with your daughter regarding this issue as she is the POC. You were asking for a receipt for the cash and unfortunately my tech did not have his receipt book with him. When you called that day I was on the other line and apologize for missing it, however, I did call you back immediately and received no answer. After speaking with your daughter, we discussed the issue and it was taken care of."

The plumbers showed up the same day and were very nice and helpful. They unclogged my kitchen sink and bathtub and even installed new pipes under the sink and new faucets. They worked with what I have to help me stay in my budget even though my pipes are old.
