My experience was amazing. The crew was great to work and i was really impressed with their cleanup. True Home Hawaiiâ s crew, especially Paul, were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. My roof only took one day to replace, which i was extremely surprised by! Chris helped me with the insurance process, walking me from begging into end making it seamless. In the end he was able to get my insurance to cover the whole replacement of my roof due to damages he found. Great people and company. I would recommend them to any of my neighbors or friends. From start to finish, True Home Hawaii provided excellent service. Giuseppe Hess was an amazing consultant who helped us tremendously with his expert inspection and subsequent recommendations. He kept close communication with us at all times and explained the entire process to us. He also worked closely with the team of roofing repair specialists. The True Home team was extremely professional and was very thoughtful of the COVID best practices of social distancing and mask-wearing. The team was so polite and respectful and cleaned up the entire yard of the roofing material to the point that they left the premises in better shape than before. Our new roof is beautiful, and its upgrades make us feel so much safer as we face more windy and rainy weather in the near future. Roman was the project manager and we are so pleased with his service. He helped us to see what needed to be repaired on our roof and shared the options with us. He walked us through the process of utilizing our insurance and we did our part and True Home overdelivered on theirs. This was a blessing because without this type of service we probably would not have been able to afford roof repair/replacement. They are fair and quick workers. We've been recommending them to our family and friends too.

We were really pleased with True Home. Chris Jones and Briggs Madsen were really helpful and knowledgeable with identifying what needed to be done....insuring we fully understood what our options were. They provided on-site supervision to insure any of our questions or concerns were fully met. Great company!!!!

I had noticed shingles missing on my roof. I did not have the money to re-roof and was trying to figure out how to do repairs and how much it would cost. While praying for a solution, a True Home Hawaii Project Manager stopped by and stated "I noticed you have shingles missing from your roof caused by wind damage and that if it was wind damage, my insurance may pay for the repairs excluding the deductible. They walked me through the process, was on site when the insurance adjuster inspected. Once the claim was approved, they took care of all the revisions and legwork and even did the work prior to all the funds being received. The work was completed very professionally including a complete re-roof, removal and reinstall of water solar and PV panels all covered by insurance. They exceeded all expectations in every aspect of the job with exceptional quality.

I'm really not one to write reviews as being from the old school, I always express my thoughts good or bad toward the company directly. However True Home Hawaii with owner/operator Michael Colosimo and his crew have earned the exception. Throughout the process of getting the metal roof installed the company has followed through with every challenge being met with the utmost of professionalism and commitment to excel. True Home Hawaii truly exceeded our expectations! The True Home Hawaii team is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and experienced! They came out to our home within 24 hours of our initial contact, examined the damage to our large, tiled roof and skylights, installed a tarp to prevent more water damage, and assisted us in calling our homeownerâ s insurance company to report the damage. Within the week, True Home Hawaii communicated directly via email and phone calls with our insurance company, provided estimates, received approval to have our roof and interior surroundings repaired, and completed the repairs. We were even more thrilled the following week, when we received two checks from our insurance company that covered the complete cost of the repairs! My only regret was not calling True Home Hawaii sooner! I highly recommend True Home Hawaii to anyone who is contemplating having his or her roof repaired or replaced. I know we will definitely be contacting True Home Hawaii again should we ever need a professional, timely, and affordable roof repair. :-)
