Positive: responded to calls, told me they would be late, were polite and tried hard. Negative: once I showed them everything I wanted done, they realized they didn't have the correct materials to wash the windows, clean the stove and the fridge. However, they didn't tell me until all three of them had worked for over two hours...I wish they had told me right away so either they could have stopped the job or driven to buy the materials they needed and come back to do the job right.

We were so pleased with the quality of the services that we received. We have never used a cleaning service to clean our house before and I am 38 weeks pregnant and unable to do the cleaning that I want to do. The service was quick and Ann and her staff were amazing! My house has never been so clean!! I would recommend True Maid Cleaning to all of my friends and fanily!
