I searched for about Six months to find the right company to remodel my bathroom. I went with True home solutions because I thought they were professional and they said the job would be done in 7-10 days. Boy did I make a bad decision! Not only was the project not completed in that time, it took over a month and a half. Now the only benefit of the doubt I can give them is that their sales manager quit in the middle of my project. With that being said all the mistakes that were made were blamed on her. It sure is easy to blame someone that's not there anymore. The problems I had were ENDLESS!! But it wasn't so much of the mistakes that were made, it was how they were handled. Of course I was in disbelief that things were ordered in the wrong style or The wrong size or The wrong color but The owner Joe had no clue what was going on. You would think if u owned a business you should be involved in your projects. When I expressed my concerns about how No one would show up at my house for days or they would show up at a different time then I was told, he said he would take care of everything. Nothing was ever done. He wouldn't call me back or he would have one of his workers call me and not even have a clue on what I needed. The communcation is horrendous with this company. Their work is sloppy, they lie and it's way to expensive for what you get. Joe is very friendly, don't let that fool you

I gave them a deposit of $12,500 to begin my bathroom remodel and they never did the work. The owner changed his cell phone number so I could no longer reach him. They stole my money and never did an ounce of work. They have ignored correspondence from my attorney. The owners, Joe Lee and Tom Sullivan, also own Sullee Sewer and Drain. Beware.

Started our bath remodeling project in October 2019, still waiting for them to correct all the mistakes. Joseph Lee has found every reason in the book to avoid fixing our bathroom, now his phone number has been disconnected. Perhaps because we are senior citizens he feels he can get away with this. DO NOT HIRE

Supposed to be experienced. Price way out of range for performance. Took over 2 months. Left with no toilet. Forgot the light to be installed. Reopened wall for wiring. Didn't line up with sink. Needed my plumber to fix the leaks. New guys to fix the jacuzzi to work. New sink counter had to be installed to not spray out of basin. New sink needs a seal. Leaking at the bottom of faucet. NOW, base around tub is welted. They said they call back on that over a month ago.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! TERRIBLE!!!! TERRIBLE!!!! We hired this company to redo 1 bathroom and install a shower in another. Josh the sales man made all kinds of promises and showed us picture of what it would look like. The finished result are not what we were promised. We have tried to contact the owner many times but have not received a call back. The shower leaks and the seal breaks repeatedly. All the finishing touches that we were promised to match and be high end were bought at home depot the last day and do not match in style or color. We were supposed to get a custom mirror to match our unique roof line, but the mirror was bought at Home Depot the same day the mismatched accessories were bought. We now have to hire someone else to fix the leaks because the company will not call us back. The were quick to cash the check but now they wont call us back. The job was supposed to take 3-5 days and it took 3 weeks!

"It is difficult when a customer signs a contract which shows the entire scope of work, the selections and exactly what will be done, then after the job is completed signs our completion form saying that they love the work (which we have on file in our office with their signature on it), then later claims the salesman promised them more and threatens to leave us a bad review if we do not give them a huge discount, which is exactly what happened here. He continually demanded money back for things that were not on the contract while threatening to leave a bad review if we did not comply with his demands. We did not give in to his threats and now he has left a slanderous review as he promised to do. We understand that not all contractors are honest or trustworthy but unfortunately sometimes the same applies to customers."

I hired Tru Home Solutions to remodel my master bathroom. The communication was great and the guys who came and did the work were very nice and professional. The remodel went relatively fast and my new bathroom is beautiful!! I would definitely hire them again!

They came out and repaired my wall with new drywall and hung my new cabinets. They did a wonderful job. quick and efficient work. He picked up all the debris and everything. I am very pleased with the work. If I ever need anything else like this done. I will definitely call them.

True Home Solutions should be renamed to Untrue Home Solutions. They give a great "dog and pony show" will some great ideas, products and promises. But, once they get your deposit, they are nonexistent and deliver nothing but excuses. You will have to beg for communication. Then you'll find out that they do not follow up on anything...no permits, no material pickups, etc. We fired them and then had to show up at their office in Crystal Lake (with Wausau Homes logo on the door) to get our deposit back. We are now starting over with someone new almost 4 months later. Very frustrating!

"It is always disappointing when we cannot fulfill a customers dream and we understand Kelly B's frustration as we also were excited about her project. After several visits to her home by our salesperson, our designer and one of our company owners we did not feel confident that we could complete this job to our standards as there were too many communication issues with the homeowner. Even though we had already purchased materials for this project we gave her a full refund of the deposit, which we offered to drop off to them. They chose to pick it up and went to our new home construction office to pick up their check. Our company office is at 1320 Chase St Unit 7 Algonquin and we certainly have our name on the door. We regret when any of our customers are not 100% satisfied and although we do not want to discount a customers emotions or feelings we do not feel the above negative review is fair given the circumstances."

True Home Solutions is a great company to deal with. We only have one and a half baths and our only bathtub/shower was being totally gutted and replaced. I was told by some companies 5 to 7 days for use of bathtub / shower. Home Solutions did my shower first and we were able to use it in 48 hours after they started. The whole project was done quickly. Started on a Wednesday and Finished on Monday. A few little things were needed and a workman was sent immediately. Very easy to work with and communicate with. My bathroom looks awesome!
