Appraiser was very timely, courteous and efficient. I wanted a real estate appraisal not a bank appraisal, which is what I received. The appraiser did explain to me up front that it would be a bank appraisal. He included a couple of appliances in the appraisal which I told him would not be here. I also carefully pointed out all the adverse conditions that a buyer would consider. As a result, I cannot use it to show prospective home buyers. The value he provided was significantly higher than the real estate valuation I later obtained. I would recommend that True Home expand their criteria to allow the customer to select which type of valuation is desired up front. I don't feel this is an error on the part of the appraiser, but that of Home Value.
