Very responsive to scheduling and texts. My thermostat quit working. The heat pump AC was not getting turned on. My house temperature was not staying warm. Replaced the thermostat and that fixed the problem.

True North A/C installed 4 Mini splits and one A/C last year and provided repair and servicing this year on 6 units. I have a large house that requires 3 units and a large garage that requires 3 units. We work on our classic cars year-round, gotta have temperature-controlled areas to work. It was 104 degrees today and, naturally, my air conditioner died. One call to True Ortho had a knowledgeable service technician at my door. He very quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the blown capacitor from the inventory in his truck. This is the second time I have used them. Always fast, honest, competent service. I highly recommend them.

Had issues with my thermostats. My alarm company tried to helped me get it resolved. During this process I blew a fuse in the attic. This caused one my ACs to stop working. The professionals at True North were great. I'd call them again if I have any issues.

I wanted a TRANE to replace my POS Lennox that was only 7 years old. Mike gave me a detailed estimate that I felt was honest and competitive. We scheduled the date and got the job done in 9 hours. The system tested perfectly. We are ready for 100 degrees.

The repair is incomplete but the technician was very knowledgeable and did his best to resolve the issues but needed other parts. He is scheduled to return on Wednesday. I’ll have a additional review when the work is completed.

Our a/c unit started blowing warm air on a Friday night before a holiday weekend. Decided to check my options on Home Advisor. Received a call back almost immediately, a service tech was in the area and got to my home within an hour. Immediately found the problem and a/c was repaired quickly. I received a prompt call back on a Saturday evening from Johnny.Very curtious and reassuring. He drove out far the same night and fixed the problem right away. Installation of a Mini-Split was done quickly and very professionally. The unit installed (Mitsubishi) is one of the best and the cost of installation was very reasonable compared to others.

We are extremely happy with True North's work. We added two mini splits ac units into our RV garage to help cool it down in there. True North did a fantastic job! Mike (owner) was extremely responsive when we requested the initial quote and we could tell he was very knowledgeable at his craft and he even offered up some recommendations as it relates to how best insulate the garage to make our investment even more economical. Their pricing was extremely competitive and the job they did was very thorough and well done. I would recommend True North for any AC related requests and we will use them again for our other units. You can't go wrong with True North!
