True North Craftsmen

We recently hired Taylor and the crew at True North Craftsman to paint the main level of our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They transformed all of our outdated stained wood trim and molding into a beautiful, crisp white finish that completely modernized our home. The project included painting our walls and tackling challenging 13-foot ceilings, and the quality of their work was exceptional. Their attention to detail was evident in every room—from the careful preparation to the clean lines and flawless finish. They didn’t cut corners and took obvious pride in their craftsmanship. One thing that really impressed us was having a supervisor on-site every day. Communication was excellent, any questions or minor touch-ups were handled promptly, and the crew was professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. They worked efficiently while keeping everything as clean and organized as possible throughout the project. The entire experience exceeded our expectations.

We hired Taylor Ly and the True North team to paint the interior of our home. The initial walk-thru to discuss what we wanted done was thorough and it was followed up with a detailed list, including photos, of what work would be completed, per room/area. Once our project started, Rigo effectively communicated with us to make sure they were staying on course and completing the things as we wanted. They had a great, hard working crew that started working at 8am and stayed until 6-7pm until the project was completed. The quality of their work was great. All dings, holes and imperfections were perfectly fixed. They also fixed an issue in a bathroom that had water damage to the drywall. Much appreciated. Taylor is great to work with and I’ll definitely use True North again for any painting needs in the future.
