True North Kitchen and Bath

The project in my bathroom remodel went extremely well . Ceasar , Matt and everyone else that had a hand in this project were nothing but positive !! Thank you all again !!

True North installed a walk-in tub complete with wall surrounds etc, in my mother's bathroom. It did take a bit longer than expected but this was due to shipping delays and also a defective bathtub that needed to be fixed in order to work properly. Everyone that took part in this installation was very friendly and very efficient and extremely nice to my mom, they even took her trashcans out for her on trash day. I would use them again when any other remodeling is needed.

Worked with Jim Grant throughout the entire process of quoting and finalizing design of walk in shower. He was very professional and helped answer questions during installation and beyond.

What a difference! Did a bathtub to walk in shower replacement. The installers did a beautiful job. After a communication issue, Cesar went above and beyond to get the issue fixed and finish the job! Kept in touch along the way to explain what was going on. Cesar has great customer service skills! Thank you.

It was an amazing experience since from the beginning to the end! They were professional, efficient and easy to work with! They are not the cheapest but they are definitely worth it! We love our bathroom and could not be happier with the results
