CJ was thorough, kind, and professional. He fixed everything I needed in a timely manner and also identified a few additional repairs that needed attention. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, how to take care of it, and why it was important. We truly appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. We will definitely be calling True North for all of our future plumbing needs!

The plumber that came to my house did an excellent job. Identified the problems and called restoration company to take care of water damage and mold. He will return after restoration is complete. Plumber was very articulate and told me exactly what the problems were and what I needed to do to rectify the problems/issues. I am so glad I called your plumbing company. Will definitely use True North again.
