The techs were highly professional, did a great job of cleaning the carpet in our rental (we were afraid that we'd have to replace them, but they got the carpet looking totally acceptable). I'm sure they saved us several hundred dollars!

They were so professional and very accommodating. My husband found them to be very knowledgeable of carpet and tile cleaning. My carpets look brand new and they even cleaned my throw rugs! I plan on using them every time for my carpet a tile cleaning.

They were prompt, very professional and had good knowledge of carpet. They explained what they were going to do in terms any one could understand. And most important the carpet when finished looked and felt like the new carpet I had when we bought the house 7 yrs. ago.

I am very pleased with the outcome. I felt the price was reasonable for the excellent job cleaning my home carpets and the "dog's" recliner chair. Thanks for a job well done.

Fast response time and great service. Our dog had an "accident" on our new carpet on the morning we were throwing a large party. True North came out within an hour of me calling and cleaned the area. You would never know anything happened when they were done. Excellent price especially since it was a last minute call on a Saturday morning. This is our company from now on!
