Very professional and knowledgeable about proper roofing. Fixed at least 4 drip edge leaks and issues as well as installed an extra downspout where needed. Will use again.

I was not quoted properly and then after they went up about 3k on original quote because all of a sudden wood work was completed damaged after I had specifically told them I needed some of it repaired. Either way costumer service was great. During the installation process they broke one of my chandeliers inside of the house cus of the banging they did not offer to replace it nor compensate me back and that lamp costed me $269!and installation was $115 and no one tried to replace it at all. The labor was definitely done great.

I hired True Pro Roofing a little over a year ago to reroof my home in Davenport, and it ended up costing me almost $3,000.00 to have my wiring replaced after they shot a nail through it. They refused to go look at it and just told me it was not their problem. I asked for a copy of their license, bond, and insurance and they refused to even give me proof of that. I am not even sure if they are insured or bonded or have a real license. Gage was a smooth talker and really had me pulled in, but when it came right down to it, he refused to speak with me or return my calls or emails. I wish I had not fallen for the smooth-talking and had done more research. I would never use them again, and I hope this prevents someone else from being taken advantage of. Find an honest roofing company that stands behind its work; True Pro Roofing is not one of them.
