Scott is the bestâ ¦very professional and personable. He went above and beyond to explain the testing he was going to do and what would need to be done in my basement to take care of a mold issue. He subsequently provided his report and followed up with a phone call to see if I had any questions. A customer could not ask for anything more!

This was A Totally Unexpected and Amazing experience. I can’t say enough about Scott and the work he does. Professional, Knowledgable and Truly looking to help. He explained everything upfront and in great detail. Answered all my questions and still made himself available if needed-you couldn't ask for more. I will recommend him to everyone I know and call him again in an instant without hesitation. He saved us a small fortune that 2 other companies had already quoted us unnecessarily. Five Stars***** KD

Scott was very professional, informative, and friendly. It was a pleasure to have him work in my apartment and ultimately give me the good news. He made time to do the inspection the very same day that I made the initial call. He arrived on time, did his thing, sent the samples to the lab, and I had the results within 48 hours. The final lab report, which was very easy to understand, indicated no elevated levels. But Scott still went over every finding thoroughly and assured me that my health was not at risk. Thank you, Scott and True Quality!

Scott and his team were extremely professional and responsive. Scott explained everything with respect to the process. In the end he called, explained the results and made reasonable suggestions for us to follow. Strongly recommend.
