Matt and the team at True Service are outstanding professionals. It's hard to describe how incredibly genuine and helpful they are with every interaction. Prompt service always, explains things thoroughly, just wonderful people. They kept my ancient unit alive for years, helped me add lines to another level of the house as we finished it off, when it was time to get a new unit they did it promptly at an extremely fair price. That was years ago and every time I've had a question or issue I've had, they are but a call or text away with a solution. They will become your HVAC pro's for the remainder of your life (if you stay in the area) once you work with them.

I appreciated the prompt reply to my inquiry and the fact that they got the job done PRONTO! They were at my house within the hour after my initial call, and then got the job done the next day. It was a sort of unconventional job to do in an old house, and they did a great job. I was happy with the price- it seemed fair to me- and the fact that they got it done quickly.

The service team has been swamped with AC calls during our first "hot" weather of the season so it took 2 days for them to get to me...they arrived at 0700...diagnosed and corrected the problems...in less than an hour...very professional and reasonable charges...will use again and I would recommend!

This company had someone at my home to make the repair in roughly an hour. He found the problem and fixed it for the diagnostic fee. The diagnostic fee was a little more than that of one of the other recommended pros, but this firm had done work for some of my neighbors for years and so I chose it.

I originally hired this firm to replace the duct work for my clothes dryer and my furnace went out the night before they were to come...so they not only replaced my dryer vent(which required them to access the crawlspace) but they also replaced the gas supply valve on my furnace which had been improperly installed by another provider only 3 months ago...they were punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, neat , and fairly priced...I will be using them in the future!

They completed my problem and they will be coming back for another project. They were very knowledgable and professional. Easy to communicate with.

Received a call about 5 min. after I submitted my request. Was told someone could come by that afternoon. The repair tech. showed up looked at my AC, told me I had a clogged pipe. He solved and fixed my AC within 15 mins. Very professional, but (my husband felt he could have cleaned the AC due to a lot of dust caught in the drain pan and could possibly have been the reason why it clogged in the first place). Arrive on time, and found the problem of my A/C right away. The technician seems very knowledgeable and know what he is doing. Service is great, except it's a bit pricy... It cost me $140 for a broken light switch. Oh well, at least the problem is solved so I am happy now.

They called promptly, gave me a fair estimate, shoed up on schedule both days, kept me in the loop on progress and did a great job for the price agreed upon.

After calling Service Magic Matt from True Service called within 10 minutes to find out if he could help with my problem. He was at my house 20 minutes after that. I was quoted by the original company that installed the unit a $2700 repair for a new compressor. Matt looked at unit and saw the compressor was fine. He told me there was a leak in the system and he would charged it with freon and I had cold air for the first time in 5 days. Matt came back after finding the leak and replacing the coil. He filed with the warranty company and my out of pocket expense was $50 dollars. I now use True Service for my business location also.

I received a quick responce to my inquiry and the person who came to work on my AC was very curteous. My only problem was that I was quoted a different price on the phone than what I was actually charged. (The phone quote did not include the price of the cleaning solutions).
