Mark was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and answered all my novice questions without being condescending. Installed plumbing for a new bathroom in the basement, did all the concrete work and used heavy tarps to keep finished areas clean. Passed inspection quickly, very professional grade work. Highly recommend, worth every penny for the expertise.

Mark was very thorough and efficient. I had a plumbing emergency over the holiday weekend. He was willing to provide easy to follow steps to manage the problem over the weekend and came out first thing Monday morning to fix the problem.

Not only was he able to solve my plumbing problems that other plumbers refused to even come out and look at, he fixed other plumbing problems that my "handyman" had failed to fix or even notice. The other company you recommended never got back to me. If you are going to recommend companies so that I can get cost estimates then they should be required to respond to the requests. This is the second time I used Home Advisor and didn't hear back from all companies. Companies you recommend need to be required to get back to the customer.
