Had to recall this contractor because of obvious stains that remained on carpet. He did come back and took care of most of the stains but still had some that remained. The stains were the same that he got out in other places on the carpet.

Andrew couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating. He is very professional, mannerly and cordial. His attention to detail is second to none. I have never had my carpet so clean! Very impressive for my 10 year old carpets. He cleaned my sofa, it looks great. He even showed up the next day to remove a stain my dog decided to do during the night!

The inside carpet of my home was very good, however my SUV was Awful and I felt that I was overcharged for the SUV!! I also felt insulted when I was only given a $ 15.00 discount for the $ 99.00 of the SUV😩

"Laurie, We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that you feel this way. As the owner and technician who performed the cleaning, I can say that the SUV looked significantly better after we cleaned it and we were able to remove a large amount of the spots. You asked us for a 50% discount, which we simply cannot offer after going through with our thorough cleaning process. We also stopped halfway through cleaning the SUV to show you how it was cleaning and explained the results you could expect. You insisted we finish the job, to which you were explained we would have to charge full price."
