    I had true tone clean my sofa and he did an amazing job, very professional, explained everything to me so I decided to have Luis treat a new tweed sofa for me and I got the same incredible results again. Would definitely use him for all my carpet and furniture cleaning needs.

    This is a "dream come true" service for carpet cleaning. Luis called promptly and gave a phone estimate and upon coming to the house reevaluated the estimate and gave me a final price. He totally set expectations of how long and exactly what he was doing. There were no surprises or additional costs. The carpets dried quickly due to his use of fans, etc. There was no residual order but just a lovely fresh aroma. I have extensive allergies and had no issues. I have found my new favorite carpet cleaner. He also does floor surface cleaning. Amazing all around...I would give him more stars if able!

    Luis showed up on time to give me a quote, and followed up with me as to when I needed the carpets cleaned.. He's neat, friends, and does a great job cleaning carpets.. I will definately use him again.
