True Tree Service

We had the most amazing experience with True Tree service! They do incredible work and they are true professionals and fast! They truly take pride in their work and their service we highly recommend and will definitely be using their services again. Oh yes, and the price is right! Quality work at a great price!!!

A HUGE thank you to Jacob and his team at True Tree Services for the amazing work on the redwoods at our homestead. Jacob was quick to schedule a time to come out for a quote 2 days after reaching out to him and had the entire job complete within a week! His crew came ready to work and with great attitudes and smiles. They were very thoughtful while piling the branches in the location we requested and kept the premises organized and tidy. The trimming job they did is above and beyond what we had envisioned. We are happy to recommend them to anyone looking for tree services at their property. Thanks again!!

Contacted Jacob to trim tree limbs that were hanging onto a neighbor's property. Great initial contact. Quoted was similar to others. Stated he could do the work in less than a week. On the day work was to be completed, I received a text stating "running late" then no further communication despite requests for photos of completed work and inquiry on how to pay. A friend drove by the property days later which is when I discovered the branches had not been trimmed at all. When I said as much, Jacob said there had been a delay, but he had been talking to the neighbor about rescheduling. Jacob reported he could do the work that weekend. I arrived at the the property on stated day and time. Jacob never showed up. I sent a text message, called, left a message and did not get a reply. 5 days later I've still not received any communication. Would not recommend. Poor communication. Did not complete job.

I am late in posting this review, however I wanted to share our excellent experience with True Tree Service. First of all, we had a lot of large trees on our property in Smith River that needed to be cut down or trimmed. Jacob/Jake not only responded quickly to my request, which is always a good sign but he was also able to start within a couple days, that was unexpected and worked out perfectly! He and his team came in and did a fantastic and very professional job. We had a huge spruce growing literally a foot away from the house that they took down safely & carefully and without any damage to said structure. In addition two newly fallen massive spruce and alder as well as add’l alders and large spruce. The entire team was great and got the job done! A special shout out to Will for trimming up all those extras along the pathway (& no Will I didn’t forget your shoutout, I am just a little late with this post haha) !! Thank you again and you’re in good hands with True Tree Service.
