It was very fast, too fast for my concern. He asked no questions. He did not give value for extras. For example, I have a deck that is weather proof and does not need any attention. This was an investment. No acknowledgment.

Make sure to double check the appointment time a day before appointment because the office staff and agent were not on the same page and I waited 30 minutes for him to arrive.
