They did not complete the job. They did the easier work which I paid them for. They were suppose to come back with equipment to finish the hard stuff which is why I hired them but never came back.

excellent work--prompt and cleaned up well

My project started in April - numerous times I called and left voicemails, asking when he would come back to finish the project. One of the rare times Micah actually answered his phone at the end of June, he finally told me he wasn't going to finish the job but would reimburse me by the following week. Now, in September, five months since this started, many voicemails later and even attempting to go through BBB (which True Vine never responded to), my project is not complete and True Vine did not reimburse me as promised. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor.

Excellent job and I would hire for future tree trims. I had two trees trimed and the job was done as discussed and the clean up and haul away was also done as discussed.

He did not finish the project. The stump in the back yard is still visible. He promised to bring in back dirt to fill in the whole left and never did. He promised to remove all the trunk pieces and left the majority of them behind. I am unable to preform these myself and I think it is horrible way to treat disabled vetrans.

The service was awesome! We had a fairly big maple tree removed that was three feet away from our house and hanging over our roof. Micah definitely knows what he's doing! Super polite and friendly! I WILL be having them back to do more work! Best price around by far!

The estimate for the two tree removals was better than I figured and after signing the contract the trees were gone in 3 days. They were quick and thorough and cleaned up all the depris. Knowledge of trees and birch boers was enlightening. I was pleased with the service.

Tree Vine provided excellent service. We were completely satisfied with their work. They did a great job of cleaning up after the trees were cut down. We would definitely call them back when we need more work done in the future.

Micah and his crew did a great job. Only issue was that he did not contact us the week he initially was going to do the work to let hus know that he couldn't make it (before our vacation). After we returned, it took several days to hear from him. We called him the same day he was going to contact us. I realize this is a very busy season for tree trimming especially with some storm damage in our area. It would have been nice to hear from him that he hadn't forgotten us.

They were very knowledgeable regarding how to manage tree and shrub trimming. They did an excellent job and did it quickly after it was ordered. I would definitely use True Vine again when I need more work done.
