Trueline Painting & Coatings

I had a very disappointing experience with True Line Painting and his crew. Jayden came across as someone who knew what he was doing and talking about, but unfortunately, the quality of professionalism and communication did not meet my expectations. One of my biggest concerns was the pricing. I was given one price upfront, but once the job was completed, the final price was higher than what I was originally quoted. I find that unacceptable, especially when a customer agrees to a price expecting that to be the amount they will pay. Any additional charges should be clearly explained and approved before the work is completed, not brought up afterward. Overall, I was unhappy with the experience, the communication, and how the pricing was handled. As a customer, I expect honesty, professionalism, and transparency, and I did not feel that I received that from Jayden or his crew. Based on my experience, I would not recommend True Line Painting

I had a disappointing experience with True Line Painting. Based on my experience, I was not satisfied with how things were handled, and I expected better communication and professionalism. I believe customers deserve to be treated with respect and kept informed throughout the process. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and makes improvements moving forward.

Jayden did an absolute awesome job. His crew was able to make short work of a large task that had scared away other contractors. Showed up on time, top notch communication and did a great job from start to finish. Highly recommend and will use again!
