Jeff from Truesdell came out to fix my A/C at my business. They responded quickly after I submitted a request and didn't make me wait for service. Jeff is very knowledgeable and personable. He explained to me how it all works and got the A/C back working very fast. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Jeff from Truesdell did respond by phone within minutes after our leaving a message (a late morning Saturday).. He was on site within two hours. AC diagnostics (compressor was dead) and inspection of attic coils, furnace, fan, etc along with bids for work were provided within an hour. He bid it two ways-replace the outside unit and coils (over 10 years old, attic furnace, etc over 15 years old) or replace everything for around $9,700 starting as soon as he could get the equipment from the warehouse. I figured the quicker the better (family too testy with no AC). And the equipment is Daikin, made in Texas with a quality reputation. I later got a $9,000 bid over the phone for Amana which I declined because the vendor had not been to the work site (did not know anything about quality of Amana products-turns out Daikin may actually manufacture Amana products!). Anyway, any price under $10K was agreeable to me. Jeff hoped his regular work partner would be back to help on Monday. Unfortunately, someone took his place but they were on site, working before 0830. Those guys got with it, even in the extreme attic heat. Everything was up and running by 1800. The worker left while Jeff was doing the final stuff. Some attic insulation had floated down the attic stairs into the hallway (we couldn't access the hallway or hallway closets during the work). The wife started immediate clean up. When she opened up the hall closet door, she discovered someone had stepped through the ceiling, The ceiling light bulb fixture was dangling by its wire and broken, there was massive insulation, dust and shattered dry wall in the closet! Jeff had already prepared the bill for final payment but was totally unaware of the damage his worker had caused. He was totally apologetic and had owner Lewis on the phone with me within minutes. Repairs were scheduled for the next morning. We were able to work things out to our total satisfaction. It never occurred to me that damage like this would have gone unreported to the customer but that's the time we live in. We do not use our hall closets much. I'm grateful that the wife was on cleanup before Jeff left, otherwise, it could have gone unnoticed for weeks! Our AC and furnace have 10 year warranties, Today it's 102 outside, our thermostat is set on 78 and we're cool!

Lewis is great. Easy to deal with and communication is prompt. Rashaun knew his stuff and took care of everything I need to stay cool in this horrid heat that we know is only gong to get worse July - Sept. Thank you so much to both gentlemen. i recommend them and will call them again whenever I need AC service. Thinking I will have them check my furnace before Winter gets here.

I have been utilizing Truesdell for my all HVAC needs. This time they replaced evaporator coil as they found leak while servicing AC. The installation was done on time in a very professional manner. The technician was knowledgeable and provided great tips in keeping the system in top condition all the time. Truesdell being managed by a veteran who is honest, trustworthy and generous. He responded to my messages and emails in time. The Who process went on very well. I highly recommend Truesdell for all your HVAC needs. Do not waste your hard earned money on some big name major installers who literally cheat you with their â fake recommendationsâ . I have been there and done that until I found this small organization. Thanks Mr. Lewis for taking care of my HVAC needs.

Lewis and Mike did a great job. Lewis had Mike come check the system the same day we spoke. Mike did a temporary fix and came back the next day with a new evaporator coil and installed it The price was significantly less than the quote I got from the â big boxâ company

Repairman arrived within an hour as promised, important when the AC is out and it's almost 100F outside. Immediatly found the problem, then checked the system for any other issues. Found a few and took care of them. Did all this after being informed by our ChoiceHomeWarranty contact that their represenative would be out in 5 days to "evaluate" the problem. Rather than waiting to be cooked, I called Truesdell. Problem solved one hour and 40 minutes after contacting them.

On the hottest day so far, they came within 3 hours of my requesting service on Home Advisor. Fixed the problem quickly and efficiently with no attempted upselling. Excellent service.
