Chad and his crew were wonderful! They installed a concrete pad for parking, a stamped patio in the backyard, new stamped concrete walkway, as well as landscaping, grading and new sod. They listened to our needs, budget and made our backyard like an oasis. Highly recommend.

Chad was very professional when he came out and gave us the bid. Had his quote binder with him and drew out the measurements and shape we wanted. Finished the job when he told us he would even with the rain. Would recommend him. We are also talking to him about building a paragola.

Stamped Concrete Installation
They poured 500 sq ft of concrete to replace a section of my driveway. Chad was very friendly and responsive whenever I called. The pouring and stamping were done on time. However, the grout lanes were not all the same depth. I was supposed to have two colors but the staining was done very poorly and had to be redone. The redo was not evenly applied so there are light areas and dark areas. The same problem occurred with the final glaze. Some areas are glossier than other areas. Now that the glaze has been applied, its too late to redo the stain.

This is my second time working with Chad. I’ve had some challenges getting the sod that was laid down several years ago (by another company) completely healthy, and Chad is very knowledgeable about the particular needs of grass to get it healthy. When I get around to putting grass down in my front yard I wouldn’t hesitate to use Chad again.

The change order presented was very reasonable and represented a change to the scope of work quoted. The patio addition was professionally laid out and poured. The results were exactly what we imagined. The patio makes a great 12 x 28 (336 sq ft) enhancement to our new home.
