Trujillo Flooring was good BUT I paid an additional $200 for them to move the furniture. They came on Wednesday, September 13, to finish the dining room floor after completing the living room and sunroom floors earlier. They said they would come ?at the end of the week? but never called or responded to my texts. I had to have relatives move the furniture back to the appropriate rooms so that I could have pics taken in order to list my house for sale. I asked for a refund of $100, but crickets. They did a good job on the floors but not in communication or giving me a refund.

He promised to redo it, but I can not be out of home for 2 days at a time. But he did say to call him and he would redo it.

He is sloppy and rushes through jobs. Worst grout work Iâ ve ever seen. Constantly on the phone. You need to keep an eye on his work as he works because he is not detail oriented. Definitely not someone you want to call for tile. Will not recommend him.

I needed two areas of high traffic restored on my hardwood floor. He did an excellent job. He communicated exactly his arrival time and followed up as the process took a few visits. I am so happy with the results. I highly recommend Trujillo Flooring

Staining and rationing I could have done better. some spots of stain were too heavy, and the floor needed another coat of urethane! mismatch in color at each end of the floor.
