we had originally planned to install pre-finished hardwood flooring, luckily for use home depot delayed our order by 4 weeks. Jose asked why we did not get unfinished flooring, this is first for us and had no idea you could do that. we took his advice and got unfinished flooring - we hired him for tile work, flooring and bricking for our fireplace. We are very pleased with the end results, Jose and the guys were very helpful and even helped us move furniture out of the hour and moved my piano back into the living room for me.

Hired to do tile work and install granite counter top. Told it would take 3 days, took over 3 weeks. Granite is not right, cut hole in wall to make fit, stove will not slide all the way in, grout in bath different colors, back splash was not the color we ordered. This man may be something but he is not a professional although he talks a good game. I have pictures to document all of this. He left all the electrical outlets hanging out after installing back splash and the holes are to big for the outlets. This has been a total disaster and I wish I had never hired them for the job.

responsive, cooperative, however workmanship, is not the best, the floor was not spackled, many joints and holes had to be redone, corner and near wall sanding had many swirl markings from poor sanding,, all were redone, the application method for stain was with buffing machine and carpet it also left some swirl markings,, which are only noticeable when you pay attention.. macro scale view floor looks fine,

Jose and his crew took out the old carpet on steps and laid strips of carpet we had salvaged from rooms we had changed to hardwood. They finished quickly and did a fine job.

Very unprofessional and inconsistent. Didn't arrive or finish when stated and took over 5 weeks for a 1 week job. They left grout in our kitchen sink, took our movie popcorn bucket and used it to mix grout. When confronted he apologized and I mentioned I have a bucket for them to use. He stated he didn't need he bucket they have their own stuff. He then took the bucket at the end of the day and I never saw it again. Left HVAC grilles off and didn't reinstall. Left our closet shelving down and never reinstalled. Gouged the floor. Overall horrible experience. Would not recommend.

Jose and his crew came a tad early, moved everything out and back, clean all the mess and took all the old stuff with them. If not for the new carpet, and my dog being exhausted from barking, you would never even know any work was done here. They were very courteous. Jose worked with my schedule and came on a Saturday morning to do the install so I would not have to miss any work. We were so pleased, that we already arranged for him to come and replace the carpet in our living room next weekend!!!! I definitely recommend Trujillo Flooring

Jose was exactly on time. My screened in porch is an irregular size so a 1 piece of 12 foot wide carpet did not cover the whole area. He had to install three separate pieces and did it flawlessly. No seams are visible. Unfortunately, he had to make two trips due to my error in size and promptly showed up the second trip on time. Would recommend his company to anyone needing carpeting.

Work was excellent. Only one small matter. Too much filler used knot holes and color of filler was too orange so it is visible. Overall the floors are beautiful.

The work was not completed and there is still a t-mold that has not been installed nor ever will be by them. The marble threshold was broken between the bathroom and room where the hardwoods were installed. Very unprofessional and disappointing work.

Made excellent recommendations on the type and layout of 510 ft2 of new solid wood flooring and refinishing of 770 ft2 of old flooring. Arrived on time throughout the 6-7 day project and did a nice cleanup.

Jos���� and his team are the best!!! They replaced all the carpet in our home and moved all our furniture for a reasonable price. We were so impressed that we have hired him for another project next week.

Very responsive during the initial contact to evaluate job and provide quote. Work began two days later, and was completed in two days. Jose and crew removed tile, prepared subflooring, and laid tile in one day; grouted the next day. They cleaned the work area and hauled off all debris. Very courteous guys, and did a great job!

I hired him and the job was not done good. He left glue all over the floor. We have been trying to remove it ourselves and cant get it off. He left our bathroom with sharp edges around the tile. He was suppose to come back and fix it but still has not. I do recommend!!

Service was prompt. Contractor asked for partial payment in advance, not good. He met some of my requests like sanding out pet stains. When I asked him if he would use wood filler to fill in gaps and holes in the flooring, he said he would, but did not. I found a couple of small places where he failed to smooth the stain and it puddled. It appears he hurried through the last coat. Overall, the floor looks nice. Average job...not perfection.
