Garage Door Installation and Replacement
Had a client that recommended this company. I contacted the company, and spoke with Al. He told me that they were busy and we would have to schedule my garage install a few weeks out. I was OK with that however it was a lot of back-and-forth for weeks about the type of door, measurements, when people come out to check the measurements. Now from my understanding I feel that a Company should come out to the home to take measurements, however; Al wanted me to take measurements to send to him, only for him to say he has to come out to confirm. He told me he could call me to confirm a time to come out, but it?s been over a week. When I called him again to tell him that he was supposed to call me all of a sudden he?s very super busy and he telling me that I can just get someone else to install the door after 5 weeks. I explained to him that all he did was say that at the beginning because now he?s telling me that he doesn?t even serve my area. This was a waste of my time.

Originally needed a repair for a broken spring but I purchased a new garage door since I had the original one for 26 yrs. They came back in 2 days. Took down & installed new door in under 2 hrs. Very happy ð with this company. Highly recommend them.
