His bills are detailed so you know exactly what you are paying for and his prices was very reasonable and within estimate. His work was just as detailed, going the extra mile to make it right! It's August, so this is a bad time for the air conditioner to suddenly stop working! We had heard good things about Trumpy Heating & Cooling before, so I thought I would give them a call. Withing an hour, he was at our home doing a thorough inspection of the outside unit, inside unit, vents, thermostat & more. He informed us of exactly what needed to be done and why - explaining it in a way that made sense mechanically and financially. He answered all our questions for both the needed repair and possibilities to improve our system in future. Fantastic service! Highly recommended!

Took all day, he was gone off and on while the young assistant did the work. I am not sure of the assistant's certification. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I only hope my system works correctly once I turn it on.
