Trust Plumbing and Rooter

i feel like a good job was done.

Joseph did a good job replacing my 3 old toilets. As he see any future problems that might arise, (like our floors was uneven because new tiles were installed) he points it out and gives couple of options and gives his professional recommendation. Very organize and left the jobsite very clean. Highly recommended.

Home Advisor workmen are overpriced.

They showed up on time, did he job I asked them to do, and did it for a fair price.

Quick to respond. Arrived on time.

Was very happy with the service.

Joseph was professional prompt reasonably priced! Would recommend him to friends and use him again!

Joseph's customer service is the best. He called the evening before to confirm the appointment & again in the morning to tell me he was on the way. He was right on time, checked my problem, made recommendations & completed the repair in no time at all. Pricing was extremely reasonable, as well. Would absolutely recommend Joseph & Trust Plumbing & Rooter!

Joseph quoted for the flat labor fee during the initial phone conversation. Then he and his assistance showed up on the day of the appointment and we went to Home Depot together to purchase all the necessary parts. They did a great job to replace the shower faucet. I am sure I saved a lot. Thank you Joseph.

They were very punctual and very knowledgeable in regards to my problem they were willing to go the extra mile to do a couple of things that most others probably would charge work as a contractor myself I appreciate that kind of service I highly recommend any plumbing needs to use Trust

Joseph did a good job with the work required. One thing he needed to improve is that he needs to be accurate with his pricing. He made me feel that he kind of like made me take the bait of the initial low price then he slowly brought his prices up. Still continued to do his work even though i tried to negotiate with his pricing. He then do the guilt tripping part when he said 'just don't pay me if you're not satisfied at all". he also asked so many questions about what we do for a for a living. He made really feel uneasy because he was kind of like basing his pricing on what a person does for a living. Bottomline, the job was done with his original quoted price and he did it well with his assistant.

Joseph took good care of us. He is reasonable, fair and does detail work. Our project is to refresh and update our main bathroom which consisted of two Kohler sink system (4 pieces per counter) + one Kohler kitchen sink drain cover. After work was performed he checked and cleaned up the area. Could not ask anymore. We would highly recommend him and his team. My wife and I would trust him to perform any of our future plumbing projects. Keep up the good work!

He was wonderful! He cleaned up and cheerful, did everything that he said would say he did. Fixed faucet and made it better than new! Very polite and can't recommend him faster for anyone who needs this kind of work done.

Did a great job- very responsive and took time to figure out the problem and gave solutions that were not to costly.
